Last week on The Bachelor Season 20, we saw some hot and heavy overnight Fantasy Suite dates with The Bachelor Ben Higgins telling BOTH JoJo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell that he loved them. Whaaaat? We don’t do that until the end, Ben! You’re confusing us! So with that, poor, sweet Caila was sent packing even before the rose ceremony after she sprang a surprise visit on Ben. She knew something was wrong when he hugged her.

Chris Harrison starts us off, telling us that Ben had a record number of women sharing the L-word with them. And for the first time in Bachelor history, Ben told not one woman, but two, that he loved them!
Next, Chris and The Bachelor Ben Higgins crash some Bachelor watch parties. There’s a house of women, children, and even husbands! They have their pictures of their predictions on a big board. Now, that is Bachelor fandom! One house has a cake with the bachelor on it. Bachelor Nation is all over it tonight! 43 women in their pajamas are in one house! Wish I had that many friends in real life (outside of Facebook). Wow.
Tiara brought her chicken, Sheila! Caila talks first about how great it was when she saw Ben on night one of The Bachelor 2016. Then we get to see all the shots of the women talking about “the god,” aka The Bachelor Ben Higgins. Then some drama with Lace wanting Ben’s attention, followed by Jubilee’s aggression and lack of appreciation for Ben, as per the other bachelorettes. Then there’s Leah‘s lie about Lauren being fake with Ben. The drama wouldn’t be complete without Olivia’s drama–and her bad breath.
Jennifer speaks up about how she thought she’s be friends with Olivia, but that changed with Olivia made everything all about her. Emily agrees that Olivia caused lots of tension in the house. Woah–Sheila the kitchen just landed on Lace! Chicken drama!
Chris asks Leah about her decision to “throw Lauren under the bus.” Leah defends herself based on some supposed comment from Lauren. Jami and Becca then accuse her of lying. Sheila the Chicken cackles.
Jubilee is next to talk about her own drama. Lauren H feels that Jubilee withdrew when there was a problem. Amber disagrees, as does Shushanna. Jami accuses Jubilee of claiming that she would be the “first full black woman” to win the show. Although she denies it, several other of the women back up Jami. Amber claims she was told that she “wasn’t black enough.” Woah! Jubilee denies all of it.
When we come back, Jubilee is wiping her tears with a tissue. Jami admits she claimed she was the “token Canadian girl,” and Jubilee finally admits she said something about being “full black.” She apologizes to Jami and Amber if she offended them, and they seem to accept that. It’s not over, Jubilee! Hot seat time!
Then we see the progression of Jubilee’s downfall with Ben, as she became catty and jealous. Chris Harrison asks her if she really feels “unlovable” as she said. No, just “hard to love,” says Jubilee. She shares how Ben reacted positively when she told him about her past and her whole family dying in Haiti. Poor gal. Chris acknowledges that she is complicated and can’t control that. She overthinks stuff and can be destructive with herself. Chris points out how Ben “got” her, and he hopes she sees that. I think this conversation has helped the other gals understand Jubilee a bit more, too. Jubilee then reveals that she just made sergeant in the military. Woohoo! Round of applause from everyone there!
Now it’s Lace’s turn. (Does anyone else kind of like this crazy, quirky girl?) Weird that she smiles as she watches clips of herself crying, though. Chris Harrison points that out. Lace says that how she acted on The Bachelor Season 20 is not who she is, and she has made some positive changes since then. She has dated since the show and tries not to say the word “crazy.” (Chris asked!) Lace says she now watches her expressions and what she says. As per her tattoo, she says she has to love herself first before she loves someone else. Then some guy stands up to tell her she is “crazy beautiful, shows her a tattoo of her that he has, and comes up on the stage! Wowza! Chris gets a picture. But don’t touch her, says Chris! Then Chris invites Lace to “The Bachelor in Paradise.” Sounds like she will! This should be entertaining–kind of like the crazy Ashley. Remember her?
It’s Olivia time in the hot seat–after we see the clips of her disaster love story with Ben. Olivia says it’s hard to watch how things went wrong. She can relate to Jubilee, how people don’t get her, but she felt like Ben did. The girls–Amanda, twins Emily and Haley–chuckle at each other as Olivia says that she always owned up to her mistakes. Amanda said that was true only of the “teen mom” comment. Amanda says she was really defended by Olivia’s saying that guys should run the other way from her. Haley accuses Olivia of being a bully to them. Leah starts to defend Olivia–break time!
